Tethos is located in north-central Orange County, in the heart of Santa Ana's artist district. We are near the intersections of the 5 freeway, the 55 freeway, and the 22 freeway, just 35 miles from downtown Los Angeles, 45 minutes from LAX, 15 minutes from SNA (John Wayne Airport), and 1.5 hours from San Diego. We are on the second floor, in the back-right corner of the building. There is elevator access (enter the building, look for the first hallway to the right). There is also handicap parking on the street just across the street from the building.

PARKING at TETHOS

Under 2 Hours

Metered street parking is available for parking under 2 hours in front of 207 N. Broadway, and on Broadway & 3rd. You'll see our building, surrounded by Congregation Alehouse, The Den Cafe, and Chapter One. There are almost always spaces available during the morning and afternoon. Meters accept quarters and credit cards. Meters are enforced regularly, until about 10pm.

Important: You must actually move your car (not refill your meter) after 2 hours as the meters will not accept further payment. (They will eat coins and give you no time.)

Over 2 hours

There are several nearby locations to park over 2 hours, two of which are very close: an outdoor lot behind Chapter One and the parking structure on Broadway & 3rd. The parking structure is cheaper but slightly less convenient—both are a 2-minute walk from our building. The parking structure takes Credit/Debit cards while the outdoor lot only takes cash. 

Outdoor lot: Flat $7 per day, cash only to attendant. Located off 3rd & Broadway on the right, behind Chapter One.

Structure (201 W. 3rd St, Santa Ana): Flat $5 per day. Located off 3rd & Broadway on the left, across the street from Chapter One.
